Arc provides an online file conversion service that allows users to convert files between various formats including images, documents, audio, and video. The service is provided on a freemium basis — free users receive a limited number of conversions per day, while paid subscribers receive unlimited access.

3. User Accounts

You may use Arc without creating an account, subject to free-tier limitations. To access paid features, you must create an account via Manus OAuth and maintain a valid subscription.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Arc to:

Convert, store, or distribute illegal, copyrighted, or harmful content
Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the service
Use automated scripts or bots to abuse the conversion API
Circumvent plan limits through technical means
Upload malware, viruses, or malicious files

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account's billing portal.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the charge.

6. File Privacy and Security

Files uploaded for conversion are processed in memory and immediately deleted after the converted file is returned. We do not store, analyze, or share your files. You retain full ownership of all files you upload and convert.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

Arc is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, business interruption, or damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

The Arc name, logo, and software are the intellectual property of Arc. You may not use our trademarks or branding without written permission. The open-source libraries used by Arc are subject to their respective licenses.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of Arc after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will provide notice of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the site.
